These terms govern access to and use of the ClipBridge website and desktop application.

ClipBridge is independent creator software that helps users transfer creator-selected local video files from a Windows desktop workflow into a draft-based social publishing workflow. Final completion and publishing take place in the relevant mobile application.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Users are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to use the service and for maintaining control of connected accounts. Users must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate other people or entities.
3. Acceptable use
Users agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use ClipBridge in violation of applicable platform rules, laws, or third-party rights.
4. User content and responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for the video files, captions, sounds, and other content they create, select, upload, or publish using ClipBridge. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of user content to ClipBridge.
5. Intellectual property
The ClipBridge website, branding, software interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service.
6. Third-party services
ClipBridge may rely on third-party services, infrastructure, or account-authorization systems. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
