1. Information we process

Depending on how the service is used, we may process:

• basic account-identification data needed to display a connected creator account;
• authorization data and tokens necessary to maintain a user-authorized connection;
• creator-selected local video files used for creator-initiated upload actions; and
• basic website analytics, device, or browser data used to maintain, secure, and improve the website.

2. How information is used

We process information to operate the service, support creator-initiated uploads, maintain the connection between the desktop application and the user-authorized account, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations.

3. Local files and uploads

ClipBridge is designed around deliberate local file selection. Video files are processed only when a creator explicitly selects a file and starts an upload. ClipBridge does not scan unrelated media libraries in the background.

4. Storage and retention

Authentication information may be stored locally on the user's device or in secure operating-system credential storage where available. Operational logs and website records may be retained for reasonable periods needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, or service providers only to the extent needed to deliver the service, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information processed by the service. No online or local software system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. User choices

Users may disconnect their account, stop using the application, or request removal of website-submitted contact data where applicable. Users remain responsible for local copies of their files and for the content they choose to upload.
